Louder is a reminder and alarm application that allows users to:

• Record voice reminders
• Import audio
• Generate AI voice reminders
• Create visual reminder wallpapers

The app is provided “as is” for personal use.

You are responsible for:

• Any audio recordings
• Text entered into the app
• Files you import

You agree not to use Louder to create or distribute:

• Illegal content
• Harassment or threats
• Content that violates the rights of others

AI-generated voices are provided through third-party services.

You agree:

• Not to use AI voices for impersonation or fraud
• Not to generate illegal or abusive content

We may limit or disable AI features if misuse is detected.

Some features require in-app purchases, including:

• AI voice credit packs
• Premium features

All purchases are:

• Processed by Apple
• Non-refundable except as required by Apple's policies

Credits:

• Are consumed when generating AI audio
• Do not expire unless otherwise stated

We do not guarantee that:

• Alarms will always trigger
• Notifications will always be heard
• The app will be error-free

You are responsible for using the app appropriately for important reminders.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Louder is not liable for:

• Missed alarms
• Lost data
• Indirect or consequential damages

We may:

• Modify features
• Change pricing
• Remove or add functionality

at any time.

We may restrict or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.

These terms are governed by the laws of:

The United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
